QJZ series of mine explosion-proof intelligent AC motor soft starter is a high-tech optical, mechanical and electrical product. The product is ideal for heavy-load soft start of 1140V, 660V asynchronous motor, and it is widely used in under-well coal mines, open air coal mines, metallurgical mines, harbors and ports, coal selection factory for soft start, current-limiting start, energy-saving start and soft stop of transportation equipments under heavy loads and in very unfavorable environments. In addition, it is the ideal updated product to substitute traditional triangle start, reactor start and self-coupling voltage-reducing start.
1. The core is an advanced digital transmission controller based on a 16-bit single-chip microcomputer;
2. Preset S shape curve for close-loop automatic control on motors;
3. A variety of start modes such as current-limiting start, slope voltage start, torque-control start and torque-im pulse start etc;
4. Smoothly and reliably accomplish the start process with the accel-eration within 0.1- 0.3m/s2
5. Standard RS 485 communication interface is attached.
